Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping and our promises to you — on every HimaBrews herbal infusion and product, straight from the hills of Chamba to your home.

Shipping & Returns

Dispatch & deliveryOrders are hand-packed in Chamba and dispatched within 2–5 working days. Delivery across India typically takes 4–8 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves us.
Shipping chargesShipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Look out for free-shipping thresholds during festive and gifting seasons.
CancellationsOrders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. Write to us as early as possible and we’ll help.
Returns & replacementsAs our herbal infusions and products are consumable and sealed for freshness, returns are not accepted once the seal is opened. For items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
RefundsApproved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
